Quotes, rescheduling, weather and delivery — set out plainly.

Requests are made online through the quote wizard or by written agreement. A request is not a confirmed booking until we issue a written quote and you accept it, or we confirm the booking in writing.
Nothing is payable when you send a request. Payment terms are agreed with you directly once a quote is accepted.
We do not take any payment through this website. After you accept a quote we invoice you directly and arrange payment with you.
You may reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked slot, subject to availability.
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the slot: any amount already paid is refundable less costs already incurred. Within 48 hours: a portion may be retained to cover reserved capacity.
If we cannot attend for any reason within our control, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of amounts paid.
Flights depend on wind, rain, cloud, visibility, airspace conditions and site safety. Where conditions or restrictions prevent a safe or lawful flight, the booking is marked as weather rescheduled and we offer the next suitable date at no extra charge.
No penalty applies to either party for a weather reschedule. Repeated postponement by weather does not entitle either party to additional compensation.
Drone operations are conducted subject to applicable South African aviation regulations and operational requirements.
Please arrange access, gate codes, estate or body corporate permission and any required notifications before the booked slot. Where we cannot access the site at the booked time a callout charge may apply.
Standard media delivery is 3–5 working days. Same-day and rush options are available as add-ons. Inspection, mapping and 3D deliverables are quoted with their own turnaround.
Deliverables are supplied via a secure download link. Please download and back up your files promptly.
We supply aerial visual and thermal observations, imagery and data products. We do not provide engineering certification, electrical certification, structural sign-off or certified legal land surveys unless separately qualified and contracted.
