TERMS OF SERVICE

Eagle Eyes Visuals ("we", "us") is an aerial data and visual media provider based in Langebaan, Western Cape, South Africa. These terms apply to all services we supply unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

All services are quoted individually based on the scope, site size, access, location and deliverables described in your request. Prices marked QUOTE or FROM are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Travel is charged separately from our Langebaan base according to the travel zone selected during booking. Prices are the prices in effect at the time the quote is issued.

A request submitted through the site is not a confirmed booking until we issue a written quote and you accept it, or we confirm the booking in writing.

No payment is taken through this website. Once a quote is accepted we invoice you directly and agree payment terms with you.

Final deliverables are released once payment has been settled as agreed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Drone operations are weather, airspace and safety dependent, and are conducted subject to applicable South African aviation regulations and operational requirements.

Where wind, rain, visibility, airspace restrictions, safety considerations or other operational limitations prevent a flight, we will reschedule the booking to the next mutually suitable date at no additional charge.

We may decline or stop a flight at any time where we consider it unsafe or unlawful to proceed.

You must ensure we have lawful access to the site, and that any body corporate, estate, landowner, tenant or security permissions required are arranged before the booked slot.

Where access is not available at the booked time, a callout or rescheduling charge may apply.

Deliverables are those listed in the package or written quote. Standard media delivery is 3–5 working days unless a rush or same-day option was purchased. Inspection, mapping and 3D deliverables depend on processing volume and are confirmed per project.

Files are supplied by secure download link. You are responsible for downloading and retaining your copies; we do not guarantee indefinite storage of project files.

We supply aerial visual and thermal observations, imagery and data products. We do not provide engineering certification, electrical certification, structural sign-off, or certified legal land surveys unless separately qualified and contracted to do so.

Our reports are an aid to decision making and should be read alongside advice from suitably qualified professionals.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain copyright in captured material and grant you a licence to use the delivered files for the purpose for which they were commissioned.

We may display delivered work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Our liability arising from any booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms. The version published on this site at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
